Steve joined Adobe as CEO of Marketo, Adobe’s largest acquisition in its 37-year history. In his current role, Steve continues to lead the Marketo team as Senior Vice President, Business Development. As Marketo’s CEO, Steve led the company through a period of major transformation and spearheaded organization-wide growth, making Marketo the leading marketing automation software provider. Throughout this time, Steve drove the expansion of Marketo’s capabilities through the acquisitions of ToutApp and Bizible, refocused its customer-first strategy, and steered the company through one of the MarTech industry’s biggest acquisitions.
Steve is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software. Prior to joining Marketo, he served as the president of SAP’s Enterprise Platform Solutions, where he led the company’s multi-billion-dollar growth and expansion into a range of technology markets.
Before SAP, Steve was the senior vice president of platform marketing at Salesforce where he led the company’s expansion into cloud-based enterprise application development. He has held many senior leadership positions at a number of top cloud and analytics technology companies such as Microsoft, BusinessObjects, and Crystal Decisions. He has also co-chaired various government technology leadership initiatives, including the TechAmerica Big Data Commission.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Colorado.
Sarah KennedyVP, Global Marketing,
Sarah joined Adobe as vice president of global marketing through the acquisition of Marketo in 2018. Previously, Sarah was Marketo’s chief marketing officer, leading the company’s world-class marketing team as it reinvented the Marketo brand, executed the company’s largest Marketing Nation Summit, rearchitected its own Marketo instance, and drove the growth that led to one of the MarTech industry’s biggest acquisitions.
Prior to joining Marketo, Sarah spent ten years at Sabre Corporation, starting as a graduate intern and eventually becoming vice president of global marketing and general manager of digital experience. In addition to leading Sabre’s in-house interactive agency, Sarah served as the CMO of Hospitality Solutions, the company’s fastest growing business unit, where she transformed the marketing organization into a global demand generation and growth engine.
Sarah is a globally recognized thought leader on emerging technology, loyalty, and customer experience, and she sits on the board of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Business at the University of Texas in Dallas.
Matthew ZilliVP, Go-To-Market,
Matt Zilli joined Adobe as vice president of go-to-market through the acquisition of Marketo in 2018 to lead the Commercial go-to-market organization, which includes sales, customer success, professional services, partners and solutions consulting. Previously, Matt served as Marketo’s chief customer officer where he spearheaded efforts to transform Marketo’s approach to customer success and championed the customer-first strategy that contributed to one of the MarTech industry’s biggest acquisitions. During his time at Marketo, Matt also served as interim chief marketing officer as well as group vice president of product and solution marketing.
Before joining Marketo, Matt spent time in both start-ups and large organizations, including Texas Instruments and Rovi Corporation. He has over 15 years of experience in building leadership teams, go-to-market execution, marketing strategy, thought leadership, messaging and positioning, sales enablement, and pricing and product launches.
He has a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California in Berkeley.
Arun AnantharamanVP, Product and Technology, Digital Experience
Arun rejoined Adobe as vice president of product and technology through the acquisition of Marketo in 2018. Previously, Arun served as Marketo’s chief product officer where he led the product team in delivering innovations in platform, artificial intelligence, account-based marketing capabilities, and a new user experience for Marketo Engage.
Prior to Marketo, Arun spent 17 years at Adobe, starting as senior director of engineering and working up to senior vice president of product and operations for Experience Cloud. During his tenure at Adobe, he held many senior leadership roles, including vice president of product for Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Analytics and Target, general manager of Adobe Connect and general manager of the LiveCycle business. With decades of experience in building high-scale enterprise marketing solutions, Arun has built multiple products that became category leaders throughout his career.
Arun has a Bachelor of Technology in electronics and communication from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India, a Master of Science in computer engineering from North Carolina State University, and a Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University.
Anand MehtaChief of Staff and Head of Global Business Operations
Anand joined Adobe as chief of staff and head of Marketo global business operations through the acquisition of Marketo in 2018. Previously, Anand served as the chief of staff for the office of Marketo’s chief executive officer, Steve Lucas.
Before joining Marketo, Anand worked for two years at Zayo Group Holdings, a telecom infrastructure provider, where he led key strategic and financial projects on behalf of the CEO, COO, and CFO. Anand also spent ten years at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. While at McKinsey, Anand advised market-leading telecom, media, and private equity clients on strategy and M&A topics.
Anand holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Yasutaka FukudaVP, Enterprise Sales,
Yasutaka Fukuda joined Adobe as vice president of enterprise sales through the acquisition of Marketo in 2018. Previously, Fukuda-san served as Marketo’s president of Asia Pacific-Japan.
Before joining Marketo, Fukuda-san spent ten years at Salesforce, where he held several senior positions, including senior vice president of commercial sales in Japan. Prior to Salesforce, he worked at Oracle for eight years both at the United States company headquarters and in Japan.
Fukuda-san is based in Tokyo has a Bachelor of Art in commerce from Waseda University. He also completed the prestigious TGMP Executive General Management Program from Harvard Business School.
Will GriffithHead of ANZ – Marketo, Digital Experience
Will Griffith joined Adobe as head of ANZ through the acquisition of Marketo in 2018. Previously, he served as managing director of ANZ, where he oversaw business operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to working at Marketo, Will held executive roles in the UK with RedEye, SmartFocus, and Eloqua, before locating to Australia in 2012 with Eloqua and subsequently Oracle Marketing Cloud working across the APAC region. With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, Will enjoys helping customers take their own fearless steps to develop and implement positive change.
Will studied geology at Royal Holloway University in London.
