With our Quick Start program, Marketo assigns a dedicated customer expert to your company who will:

• Help set up your Marketo accounts
• Integrate and synchronize Marketo with your company’s salesforce.com subscription
• Deliver free web-based training and hands-on instruction on how to use Marketo
• Work with you to design, build, and launch your first campaigns
• Provide hands-on design assistance for email templates and landing pages
• Help define and implement your lead scoring and lead management processes
• Provide personalized mentoring on best practices for lead management success
• Introduce you to additional programs and resources from Marketo that will support your ongoing success

How Do I Qualify For the Free Trial Quick Start?

At Marketo, customer success does not come with a price — there are no charges for the Quick Start program. However, this means you need to be serious in return. To qualify for the free Quick Start, we ask that you:

• Spend at least $500,000 a year across all your company's marketing programs and/or have at least 10 sales reps
• Be ready to launch real lead management and lead scoring programs
• Have a project leader ready to spend quality time with Marketo's customer success experts during the Quick Start period
• Are able and intend to become a paid customer for Marketo once you see great results from your trial
