The Launch Pack programs are designed to provide customers with hands-on experience with Marketo and to help effectively implement their first campaign. Each program includes a range of services from on demand and instructor-led training to personalized implementation consulting and guidance on marketing best practices.
Your assigned Customer Enablement Manager (CEM) will be your personal guide through every step of the program and will provide you with the following services:
At the completion of the launch program, you will have a live production system, a solid understanding of key marketing automation concepts, hands-on learning with Marketo features and a successfully launched campaign. The typical duration to complete the Launch Pack program is two weeks, however each program extends to 90 days allowing you to complete the training and consulting sessions at a pace that is comfortable for your organization.
If you’ve outgrown your existing email marketing or marketing automation solution and plan to migrate to Marketo, we have an option that makes this transition fast and easy. Our Guided Migration offering covers the migration of business rules, marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, emails, and data. The consultant will provide migration strategy, best practices, and assistance, providing the customer with the knowledge and tools to complete the migration.
