Email Proofing

Email proofing helps you bullet-proof your email content before you hit send. It shows you what your emails will look like across all major email clients, lets you know if any of the content is likely to trigger spam filters, and alerts you about dead links and html errors. And it gives practical advice about fixing all these problems.

Delivery Monitor

The delivery monitor tracks actual email deliverability to all the major ISPs and alerts you when you are being blocked or filtered. For each campaign sent, you receive an ISP delivery status report, confirming how much of your campaign arrived, when, and what folder it was placed in (i.e. inbox or bulk).

Custom Authentication and Branding

Upon your request, we’ll configure your account with the latest email sender authentication standards such as DomainKeys (aka DKIM: Domain Keys Identified Mail), SPF (Sender Policy Framework), and Sender-ID. These help to authenticate your messages with ISPs, letting them know your emails come from you and are not phishing or spoofing attempts, which in turn can improve deliverability. We’ll also configure your account so links and images point to your own custom subdomain instead of Marketo’s, which can help your brand shine through every aspect of the email experience.

Premium Certified IP Address

Customers with a proven track record of trusted email marketing are eligible to move to one of our premium certified IP addresses. Not every company will qualify, but those that do get the benefit of a high reputation IP address without the cost of maintaining their own dedicated IP. To qualify, customers must have the Email Deliverability PowerPack; use Marketo for three months with no spam complaints and meet strict thresholds for email deliverability; sustain verifiable best practices for maintaining the quality of their email list; and have design practices and approval procedures to help ensure their email will not be perceived as spam.

Premium Marketo Email Services

This comprehensive package of advanced email services leverages Marketo’s expertise to help maximize your success with email marketing. It includes up to 10 hours per year of email marketing best practices consulting on topics such as subject line optimization, email design, list building, and maintaining a great email reputation. Plus, we’ll work with you to create and test a professional email template that meets all your brand guidelines, conforms to the latest best practices, and looks right across multiple email readers.

Reputation Management

Reputation management includes tools that continually monitor your email reputation, so you know how each ISP sees the sender reputation of your dedicated IP addresses and exactly what you need to do to improve that reputation and your email delivery rates.

Proactive Management and Blacklist Alerting

With proactive management and blacklist alerting, you can be confident that you are doing everything possible to maintain maximum delivery. Includes alerts should your dedicated IP addresses get added to any of 200+ blacklists. And if any problems should arise related to your email reputation, we’ll act as your intermediary with the anti-spam groups, blacklists, and ISPs to help resolve the issue and get your deliverability back on track.
