a great subject, but why only the first 10
pages are included? where’s the rest?

George said on June 29, 2010 at 7:40 am

I was just trying to figure out the same thing. It jumps from page 10 to page 43. The document is not very useful without that content.

Hey George- We are having trouble reproducing the problem. We are seeing all the pages- can you try again?

I would like to know if there is a similar publication with the title: “The Definitive Guide to ‘B2C’ Social Media”. Please confirm. Thanks.

Maria said on February 27, 2012 at 6:08 am

We do not have one for B2C, but think that there is a lot of content out there for B2C organizations. I wrote this for B2B because (at the time) there wasn’t much info.) If you share what you are looking for in particular, I would be happy to help.

Social Media forms a big part of my business. I just don’t have enough time in my day. Any suggestions?

Jason Miller said on March 20, 2012 at 5:28 pm

Hi Riana,

I would suggest that you focus on the specific channels that are most effective for your business instead of trying to have a presence on them all. Maybe it’s your blog and Twitter account you need to focus on or maybe it’s just spending more time engaging on Facebook. Find the channels that are driving the most traffic to your site and where your customers and/ or prospects are hanging out and talking about your business. Put together a strategy and set aside time each day to focus your efforts there. Take a look at the Social Media Tactical Plan and choose a few metrics to monitor in regards to those channels. As you spend time in the different social channels, watch those metrics and see if they are moving in the right direction. Then adjust your efforts accordingly.

Thanks for the comment!
