Nick brings over 18 years of experience in information technologies, engineering and customer service. He is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to dramatically increase the performance, scalability and efficiency of Marketo’s cloud services and on-going customer success, as well as all aspects of cloud delivery and operations. Prior to Marketo, he managed revenue generating data centers, including CollabNet, Portera, 3DO and Phoenix. One of his proudest moments was serving as Chief Technologist for Lucasfilm, where he and his team were at the forefront of inventing digital asset management solutions for the film industry during the creation of Star Wars Episode I. Nick holds a bachelor's degree in Business/IT from University of Phoenix and an MBA from California State University.
