Experience/Skills:
- Have 2-3 yrs customer support experience (Software-as-a-Service; Business Applications a big plus).
- Enjoy problem solving and helping customers.
- Communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Are a quick learner, self starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- [BONUS] Naturally enjoy tinkering with html and web development (i.e. open source software fan, can troubleshoot/create javascript).
- Play a critical role in ensuring customer success through multiple touch points: new customer trials, communication in online forums, and individual requests for help.
- Be the “go to” person on the Customer Success team when it comes to a complete understanding of the Marketo Lead Management System.
- Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
- Help create an atmosphere where Marketo customers feel special and compelled to tell all of their friends about the great service you provide them.
