Client Services Consultant

Summary:

Experience/Skills:

  • Previous experience in professional services, and/or sales consulting for at least 3 years, and have developed a proficiency or subject matter expertise with business applications such as Marketing Automation or CRM.
  • Proven project and time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
  • Strong presentation skills and credibility with Director, VP and C-level executives
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be a quick learner, self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Play a critical role on the Customer Success team where customers depend on your product knowledge and best practices expertise to help them reach their marketing goals.
  • Manage customer on-boardings (pre and post sales)
    • This includes defining mutual customer success agreement, coordinating product setup, providing initial product training, taking a proactive account management approach and on-going best practices advice.
    • Develop project script and schedule which ensures maximum customer success
  • A complete understanding of the Marketo Lead Management System
  • Serve as a marketing automation coach and trusted advisor to valued Marketo customers by delivering basic product training and sharing industry best practices.
